I heard you can download the full football manager game on PC for free - is this true? If so can anyone kindly give me the link.

Thanks.

I am in season 2036 with Carlton from the 2009 version.

I have played every FM game since it's inception on the Amiga in 92 as Championship manager when it had the old vidi printer for the results.

Love it and am, quite simply, the best FM in the World.

Damn I love FM but it has ruined my life.... Weeks go by so quick when your smoking green and playing.... I always try to sign different players every time I used always end up with the same team eventually(mostly anyway). I never manage a big team it's too easy! I made Shamrock Rovers CL winners lol that's hardcore

I always take over Arsenal and do a season with them, before taking over Wycombe Wanderers on a diffrent save and winning the Champions League with them. On season 2017 with Wycombe now and on course to win the Quadruple

Anyone remember Andri Sigporsson on CM 99/00?

If I ever met the man I would buy him a pint, have a smoke then interview myself in the shower.

I haven't been able to get into FM 2011 really - have been playing since it was on the since 98 though - best was when I was Murcia in Spain (after i got sacked with Nottingham Forrest!) got promoted and made Spain a three horse league - then went on to the England job - won the world cup and the euros and then went to AC Milan and won the league and the Champs league - best ever..... never really got to that level again!
Might buy FM 2012 though!

My Dad bought me an Amiga 600 (that I had saved up and paid some towards) with Champ Manager Italia.

I was so itching to play I broke into it, played, put it back.

The old man is wiley though and I got a right shooing.

the editor nowadays is really pretty self explanatory...

personally i usually have 3 games running per year, stops me getting bored.

game 1 will be an editted database, I go and take my hometown club (semi pro in the way down there leagues), make them pro, give them a sugar daddy and move them into the conference south, and take it from there.

game 2 I load up several leagues around europe, start unemployed and go from there.

game 3 i pick a team in league 2 and set about making them the top team in europe....

there are footie management games on ps3, but the actual football manager series is pc only. it can be run on quite a weedy laptop though if you turn off the 3d engine.

You could get it on the old Xbox when it was Championship Manager.

PC versions of any game are always better and harder though. I don't actually have a console.
