I agree with Mr C to an extent. Ban burka in public places (schools, hospitals etc) fine as long there isn't then a clamour to ban Hijabs etc.

As I said above niqaab in certain places has no place.

Even in Muslim countries, for example the courts are a place where the fave must be visible

Similarly a rule in banks and petrol stations is no helmet. This should be obeyed with niqaab too or don't go.

We have to be fair as Muslims and some of those Muslims who cry foul need to study what the religion says. So for example at hajj women cannot cover their faces. Its not negotiable neither is in the courts example.

It is absolutely my job to can out those who are or are not. Its a command from Allah to do so. Even the rules of gheebah don't apply

This is not about me being a better Muslim and no where did I claim it so you can leave that where it belongs

It's not about reading a few books either these are the basic fundamentals of our deen. The quran and hadith call them the things known by necessity. There is no excuse for them basically. Eg a person doesn't pray. Allah and his Messenger said the difference between a Muslim and non Muslim is the prayer. Even little kids from non Muslim backgrounds know a Muslim prays so no excuse

Like I said in another thread people see Muslim as a noun, but its always been a verb
