He drove a van at people.
We don't KNOW his target were Muslims. It's not like he drove into the no. He was some distance from the mosque and welfare house.
The reports of him saying he wanted to kill Muslims is uanusbtatniated. Eyetwitnesses also said there were 3 attackers which was untrue.

Finsbury Park suspect Darren Osborne's family 'in shock'
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-40332616
BBC reporting witness claims that suspect said "I want to kill Muslims". It's also got a handy map to show you where the attack took place.
Same claim in The Guardian who also name the witness;
Same claim in the Daily Mail about "I want to kill Muslims"

The unified prayers and solidarity across communities that followed recent terror attacks are anathema to them. Extremists of both types want instead to divide society and will keep trying to bring this about by criminal acts of provocation such as this.
------------------------------
What is both strange and sad is that some mainstream media, like the sun and the daily mail, are actively mocking and dismissing the people who come together to help/pray/support each other after these attacks.
They wanted this to happen and have blood on their hands, imo.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That is a very stupid thing to say and patronises the people that read these publications as if they're all some mindless automatons who jump when urged
That lack of tolerance you show there leads to just as much division between the left and the right as anything you accuse the Sun and Mail of doing
Why is it those that blame the media for this, are those that apportion no blame to the teachings of Islam for others?

Indeed they do
But I've read plenty of balanced articles in the Mail which speak common sense which is never seemingly reported by people who accuse it of being 100% about hate - which is untrue
I can't speak for the sun as I only ever read it when someone leaves it behind on the train and the choice is that or the advertising slabs on the train wall

If you think she influences anyone you're very wrong
god knows why you are making up stuff like "100% about hate".
If 1% of their articles have a divisive nature, and 1% of their readership use that divisiveness to further fuel their Islamophobia. Then it is dangerous.
And this works on the flipside too.... If 1% of speeches at mosques have a divisive nature, and 1% of their fellowship use that divisiveness to further fuel their western hate. Then it is dangerous.
Both are equally scary problems and need to be called out.
