I see no reason not to give this 5 stars.

Forecast to rain all day in Wolverhampton, quite cool, don't think the Portuguese will be coming out to play

I read this as "Eno to get a hat trick!". Shoulda gone to Specsavers!

Lot of people putting 2 and 2 together and making 6 when Ian Cathro spent time with Wolves around the time he was sacked as Hearts manager. But Wolves have confirmed he wont be joining our staff.

Some people add 2 and 2 together and make 6 on a regular basis but that's an educational issue.

Wonder if Bonatini will be given more game time to improve his fitness?

Wouldn't mind seeing Eno again start either.

Also wonder where Graham will play, wing back or front three?

Reckon Dicko will start, with Bona coming on on the hour if we've only scored 5 or 6

If we're still "typical bloody Wolves" then after Yeovil let in 8 at the weekend I will be surprised if we score more than 1.

These League Cup games against lower league opposition seem to be a struggle every season. Can only think it's because we send out teams of players that have never played together before. But a fluent performance in these games is quite rare. We will probably win, but not convincingly

You can't fool me Halfy. I know you don't cut and paste. Your threads are well thought out after you collate all the info. Keep up the good work.

Does anyone think that young lad Samuels will be given a run out for this game? Personally I'd like to see how he does.

They aren't called the Huish Slashers for nothing. Expect two of ours to go off on stretchers and others to receive injuries that will keep them out of action for most of the season. Shrewsbury are dainty by comparison.

I've sat through too many of these turgid League cup matches over the years, each in the hope that I'm going to see a rare Wolves goal fest. So having attended two pre season games I reckon I've done my bit and am sitting this one out. Which probably increases the chances of actually hitting our straps and putting them to sword, knowing my luck.

Could tell from his interview on Saturday that Redknapp wasn't up for the fight

Just seen that on twitter, came off the bench for the U23s and scored in a 2-1 defeat at Barnsley. Lads got an eye for goal it seems.

Lost to Ipswich didn't they? Probably made his eyes bleed watching such a crap footy team lump and slug their way to victory over his lot. Welcome to the championship.

He moaned on WM that he cannot be expected to manage properly without investment from the owners.

£150m usually covers it where Harry is concerned.
