Only you can explain why you feel that way....for myself, I don’t feel personally guilty about anything that happened before I was born.

I do feel it’s time we stopped perpetuating stereotypes that were used to justify it, but to be honest, that’s not a particularly onerous burden for me, because I never felt inclined to do it in the first place.

I get the impression it’s a huge burden for you, but I can’t really see why.

Its already at the point where businesses are actively recruiting minorities, not who is best for the job.

Universities are accepting students based on hard work and academic achievement, but based on their skin colour. Sports coaches are being forced to choose players based on their skin colour, not their ability.
