What don't you understand?
My guess is that you are now in full waffle mode because you did not read my post properly.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hahahaha
No idea of the law.
Doesn't read posts he responds to.
Calls people idiots when he's not even read or understood what they've written but makes sure he doesn't copy the responses he's been given.
Keeps responding despite claiming he doesn't care.
So then states that others don't read his posts properly. Aye very good.
It's really quite simple. Just go back and read through. I've understood everything you said which amounted to nothing bar a personal opinion which has absolutely no place in law anywhere. I'm happy to state that I've read and understood it all.
Away ye go. waste of time mate when you haven't even read what I've written but just for the last time I'll make it easy.
YOUR OPINION MATTERS NOT A JOT. THERE ARE REGULATIONS AND LAWS TO COVER INSTANCES LIKE THIS WHETHER THE PERSON BELIEVES AN OFFENCE HAS BEEN COMMITED OR NOT. THE RESPONSIBILITY LIES WITH THE EMPLOYERS WHO MUST BY LAW INVESTIGATE.
There. That simple enough?

This woman is a bit of an idiot tbh. Why is she bringing it all up now?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My word. She was paid handsomely to say something she did not feel comfortable saying. She decided instead to bring the corrupt FA to answer for their wrong doings- something I believe call integrity
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Staggering isn't it, that Aluko who it has to be said has conducted herself with grace in this mess - particularly when she was abused by many about the Sampson case for which she was vindicated - is also the idiot or worse here. Even she admitted, it wasn't racist just a tad ignorant. She was called to testify.
But hey-ho, let's lambast the victim here.
Staggering, really. There are some utter bells in this thread
The kneejerk 'political correctness has gone mad' people never seem to pick up on the importance of context.
If a bunch of mates are mimicking each other's accents, there's likely to be no powerful / powerless subtext to it.
When Steve McLaren did a Dutch accent in an interview it was obviously an eccentricity and he wasn't imposing his behaviour on a subordinate.
If someone in a position of power or social superiority starts taking the mick of the origins of a subordinate, who happens to be in a minority group that suffers discrimination, there's a very different vibe.
It's the same principle that distinguishes between chatting up a woman and Harvey Weinstein trying the same thing on with a woman whose career he can make or break. What's the power relationship?

Exactly why regulations and laws were brought in to take away the human factor of deciding what is right and appropriate in the workplace and what isn't.
When Steve McLaren did a Dutch accent in an interview it was obviously an eccentricity and he wasn't imposing his behaviour on a subordinate.

Yep. Well said. Dsicrimination without power is not as effective.
However, the nuance is lost on the average football fan which is why these articles- and i know why they are indited - fails here nearly every time.

For the very simple reason you tried to claim that this should all be put down to some kind of common sense even giving your 4 (completely clueless and totally) unfounded reasons for it to be so.
The fact you don’t even acknowledged this and then try and justify you never wrote a word about it when you were never accused speaks volumes.
You get given answers and conveniently leave them out of your responses for the other simple reason that it would only demonstrate yet again that you just jumped in with no idea whatsoever. You just typed a random pile of sheite and have been pulled up. You try and disguise what’s been said by leaving it out of replies and picking up one little element to try and justify yourself.
There’s nothing wrong with me. I’ve never tried to Liam any personal views on this case nor have I stated anything other than there are laws to deal with it. Somehow you contrive that to be something wrong and that somehow I don’t understand.
Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous and again for someone who doesn’t care you’re here yet again showing quite clearly you do. It’s fruitless mate. You made a James Hunt of it. Just move on for your own sake. 👍
I’ve no idea why I’m continuing with this other than to see you continually make a spectacular rse of yourself which is highly amusing.

I'm starting to wonder how many people who use this forum work on a building site.
She was in a supposedly professional working environment. They're not mates. This isn't banter.
It doesn't really matter how you define it, it's unacceptable and for people who think Aluko is the problem here, you really need to stop victim blaming.

Mimicry is very common lot when speaking to non-native speakers of one's own native language.
It's pretty common and can happen subconsciously in an effort to improve rapport and enable communication.
Just pointing that out because, even if it made him look stupid from the outside to other native English speakers, it might have been McClaren's case (I'm unaware of the exact situation) if speaking to Dutch journos.
A lot of people are completely unaware of the need to modulate how they talk according to those in front of them and come off as shockingly arrogant as a result.
The opposite is also true of course. Mimicking too much can certainly make you come across as condescending.
