Tough talking Suella running scared. That plane will literally be a cowardly conservatives echo chamber.

Chick, chick, chick chick Tories, lay a little egg for me...

Theyre too thin skinned to deal with criticism, almost akin to another far right party in the 1930s.

Hi Gary 👋🏻

Hi, hope you don't try and spend days and days trying to suppress my freedom of speech.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m more of an oppressor than a suppressor.

How was Madrid?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Excellent, they're a trendy lit the Madrilenos and have a very grown-up attitude to marijuana.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Hahaha

Good knowledge on Madrileños!

Harumph!
Really is a tremendous place (city centre is anyways) so much choice of food, so many drinks, everyone habla inglés and culturally superb. Highly recommend.

Credit Suisse is interesting too.

National bank jumps in to prop it up, and a load of disgruntled loss making US investors launch a legal bid to sink it again

I wonder how messy this is going to get, there's a bit of a slow sinking feeling to it all.

Surprised there’s not been much commentary on SVB, unless I’ve missed it.

Socialised losses, privatised profits like 2008 all over again. The Washington - Wall Street relationships are actually disgustingly hilarious.

2008 - nightmare let’s put regulations in place to stop this happening again

Few years later - let’s take these rules out as we’re not making enough money.

‘Wait didn’t you personally put these regulations in place?’

‘Yes but I’ve now been paid by the banks to lobby against them’

Dodd Frank lol

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wasn't much different here though in terms of the bizarre re-de-regulation

You had the conservatives taking out legislation designed to stop this sort of thing happening again whilst simultaneously blaming labour for the fact it had happened the first time 🤷🏼‍♂️

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Only difference being that we haven’t, yet, had a bank go bankrupt.

At least the tax payer hasn’t had to step in I should have said.

Honestly, I know it’s not perfect here but my lord it’s crazy and so blatant in the US. Political donors and regulation change is almost hilarious it’s that unsubtle.

Apparently they had been looking to start up their own tech investment arm and didn't miss with this opportunity, lucky them!

Hopefully when we get a new govt, Starmer has the integrity to finally uncouple the govt influence from the state broadcaster. Blair didn't and now Labour is paying the price

Hopefully a bit of electoral reform too!

Aw FFS. Jordy the Genius is at it again.
Daft bastirt saw a video of 3 guys being milked mechanically.
Jordy the Genius goes on a tirade against the CCP despite the fact the 3 guys were all white dudes and the video was produced in the U.K.

Still Nobel Prize thinking from the Canadian drug addict, Satty?

The votes. It was majority Republican but a lot of democrats also voted for it. These donator favours are not exclusive to the Republican Party by any means.

Doesn’t mean Fox should be blaming Biden though which was your original point.

Lunacy. Bmcl and I were saying earlier. Unless a select few benefitted massively before their clients’ funds became worthless. Not saying that’s right but at least it makes some sense.

Hey at least HSBC got the UK arm for a pound.

I don’t mind being ripped off, (I mean, I do), but at least do it cleverly, subtly where you can say ‘ ok we’ll played you got me’ but this is just crude, obvious collusion it’s just taking the peesh

1. Rwanda is a very safe country and the safest in Africa

2. Probably a lot safer than the U.K. now, Sadiq’s London is higher than ever for crime as are most places in the U.K. U.K. is a dump, and even more immigrants would make it even worse and services even longer and slower, migrants are much better off immigrating to Rwanda

U.K. is already over populated by about 3-4 million people

Last thing we need is even more people
