I read it long before you posted it, they also covered it on local news on Thursday night and the BBC had an article about in on their website.

Have to agree with this.

It's hard to imagine how it feels being in a situation like those officers were. They're only human, and the adrenaline and anger would have been pumping.

But as a police officer you have to have the self control not to kick a defenseless person in the head.

It's not just self control alone, this is why they go to training. A criminal trying to hurt a policeman happens all the time. You know the risk when you become a cop. You can't act all shocked and start stomping people in the head when it happens on the pretext that something gruesome happened. Gruesome happenings is why we have cops and training.

What about the MSM groups on Facebook I follow, do they filter out any comments I might agree with?

I don't think it changes anything as you still can't kick a guy in the head when he's on the floor, but one thing I would say in the officers defence seeing the footage is he likely didn't know the guy had been tasered given how quickly it all happened.

The two guys should also consider themselves lucky they weren't shot given it was armed police at an airport.
