This is a statement by Superintendent Emlyn Richards when questioned about 2 tier policing.
officers met with business owners and community leaders ahead of the protest in Bordesley Green to 'see what support and policing style they wanted' on the night. Officers knew, he said, that they could "go on to make arrests" after the protest, instead wanting to ensure "everybody could go home without being injured.
Why wasn’t this offered to other communities and why wouldn’t the police make arrests at the protests like they did at other protets? They did the same in Leeds.
This is a classic example of 2 tier policing.
I don’t think you know what two tier policing means

Apparently there's 5 different species of snakes, including vipers and several types of spiders including tarantulas in the vacinity.
