I imagine it's difficult being a right wing nutcase these days. Social media platforms are letting them live in an echo chamber where they think their opinions are popular. But then the Tories are obliterated and Reform pick up very few seats. The Democrats are picking up momentum whilst Trump has a meltdown. Just when they think the far right riots are picking up momentum, the country turns out in counter demonstrations to show their views are not welcome.

All they have left are their conspiracy theories.

This is all even before the DNC boost Kamala will have, the September sentencing of Trump and the debates. Trump is looking even more deranged. I would genuinely not be surprised if he dropped out before the election and Vance took over.

The stupid thing is that had the republicans put forward a DeSantis and Haley ticket they’d probably be in a far better position when up against a normal sane person like Kamala. Those two are hardly great and/or normal but Trump is a liability

The previous governor in Minnesota isn’t called Glen. There has never been a governor called Glen in Minnesota. This is the kind of thing - rambling, confusion, mixing up names - that the Republicans lost their shiiiiit with Biden over.

There is also no such thing as a late-term abortion. It isn’t a medical term, and has been (probably accidentally) fabricated by the Republicans at some point. A late-term *pregnancy* is one which has gone beyond the third trimester; i.e. an overdue birth. Nobody anywhere in the world is doing ‘late-term’ abortions.

As to post-natal abortions…

Whether he believes that that is actually happening somewhere (California? ), whether he doesn’t understand the meaning of the words coming out of his mouth, or whether this is all Republican strategy designed to leverage the stupidity of and enrage their base, I have no idea.
