Normally we wake up to a result the following day but who knows this year, think it's quicker in America despite it's size because voting is open days before

Result may take days IMO. Counting doesn't start in mist states until voting closes. They will also not want to rush and will want to check and double check everything. Any mistake could be latched on.

I see the Proud Boys are organizing again. They were prominent during Trump's term but I haven't heard of them the last 4 years. Now they're back.

Closer to 36hours before anyone calls it. California is 8 hours behind you and nothing will be called before all polls are closed. Then there are states where they only start counting absentee and early ballots on election day.
