It’s not deflection, you were asking about Israeli Arabs so I thought we should also ask the Jews in Palestine or the 200 Jews in Lebanon

Or maybe the Arab Israeli judge who convicted the Israeli president. Demonstrating, through irony, that Israel is in fact a democracy one far more democratic than any of its neighbours.

We saved something like £1.3b by cutting the WFA, and it's costing us £1.5b to house illegals. And people wonder why the right is gaining momentum in Europe.

The money is as high as it is because they stopped processing asylum claims, when if they'd carried on there would be a lot less stuck endlessly in hotels right now, with a decent chunk rejected.

Do you honestly believe had we been in the EU France would have manned the borders properly?

Our percentage rate at granting asylum is one of, if not the highest in Europe. Once their application for asylum is granted then what? Where are they going to live?

I have no idea but the Brexit was meant to control borders and it's clearly failed, that wasn't a "woke" side winning.

Our asylum rate is high yes, but it's around 60%. Would you rather 100 migrants are in a hotel for perpetuity, or 60 get granted asylum whilst 40 get sent back?
