Oceans 8 2/10. Marking a massive amount off for Rihanna’s character who seemingly could hack into everything by pressing 1 button. Really facking dumb, and piiiissed me off. . Other than that, not a patch on the ocean films.

A Star is Born 7/10 - was impressed with Lady Gaga in her acting debut. Decent film but dragged in places

Such an exclusive gala that they all get to be in there just because one of them gets a job with Vogue in what seems like hours before it kicks off and has access to all the planning details for them to plan their villainy, that's just one of the ridiculous plotlines

All ratings are given respectively within their genre for me, otherwise they'd be a lot lower.

I couldn't give this an 8 but also Lord of the Rings a 9, because to me they're so so much greater.

But for a film of it's kind, a creature feature/horror/suspense type, it was fantastic I thought. Really played on the family aspect and the tension was high, well acted by all of them and was great to look at.
