I tried watching A Quiet Place a few months back but had to stop watching as there was no subtitles for the sign language. Was that due to my actual stream and is there subtitles or are we left to our own imagination?

Yep genre respective its up there.

I tend to rate films a lot higher than possible warranted if they're unique to me and i haven't seen many like it before, because the lack of comparative.

Shame as I quite liked the ending being left as it was, up to your imagination what happened next.

Unless it's a prequel perhaps about where the things came from.

Zodiac 7/10 - The film was about 30 minutes longer than it needed to be, fascinating case though.

My exact thoughts when I watched it, was a bit too long but really interesting and made me read up more about it once the film had finished, which is always a good thing

Yeah, odd choice, but the first was quality so, I’ll give it a chance.

both 1 and 2 did. loved the 1st, 2nd was abit sheit but still funny

Not a film but just finished The Umbrella Academy on Netflix.

Absolutely fantastic. Didn’t know anything about it and binged all 10 episodes this week.

Fighting with my Family - 7.5/10

Predictable (obviously) but had some genuinely funny scripting in, mainly from the parents (Nick Frost and Lena Headey).

Always enjoy an ending when they show real life footage in the credits of the same scenes from the film.

Added the superhero & Star Wars threads in the op for all the upcoming films you may want to talk about in more detail.
