Teams I think will make the QF:

Barca
Madrid
Lpool
United
City
Bayern
Roma
Spurs

Spurs can't be drawn against Madrid, Barca are unbeaten all season, Bayern are a Juggernaut of a team, City are walking to the title, United have a manager whom has won the competition with 2 different teams.

Now admittedly Roma may not be as good as Liverpool, but sometimes it's better the devil you know. I cannot see how I can be perceived as arrogant for saying Liverpool is the best draw we could get if we finish off Juve. Some very touchy Reds on this site.

Don’t think it’s arrogant, just a bit strange that you think the best draw would be a team that is above you in the league. Better the devil you know?...when the “devil you know” has only lost once to you in 5 years?

It seems to be based on the fact that we were well beaten at WHL this year, but in the 5 years previous to that, we were undefeated against you, and scored 27 goals in the process, but I’m guessing you still thought you were the better team, because for much of that period you were….er…above us in the league.
