You can judge a player however the fvck you want.
Pogba has been sh!t. There, I just did it.

Never said otherwise.
This article is like having a poll asking 'who had the best life' and then including someone who is 45 years old.
Well I think you should spend two days arguing over the definition of the word sh!t personally.

Maybe next week.
Thanks for the suggestion.
How's this Winston? You were right about what flop means in football terms, everybody else wrong, including the media who often use the word. Very few players have been a flop as nobody has totally failed. Not one on the list above. You can only be considered a failure, if you don't have a contract.
Happy? Will you sleep tonight now?

Have a lovely Easter weekend, Robbing. Try not to spend too much time on Internet forums - you'll end up with high blood pressure
-------------------------------------------
You telling someone else not to spend too much time on here?
But then Cambridge has the word meaning 'fail'. It has it meaning total failure informally.
flop verb (FAIL)
[ I ] If a book, play, film, etc. flops, it is not successful:
Her first book flopped, but her second became a bestseller.
Thesaurus: synonyms and related words
Failing and doing badly
flop noun (FAILURE)
[ C usually singular ] informal a failure:
The play was a complete/total flop.
So you could say according to the first meaning, he was a flop in his first two years but then he became a success.
Robbing_Hoody - sometimes I jump into people and then charge them with assault (U6374)
Except I'm not the only on saying it, am I?
So, stop trying to position this as me against the world and focus on the point.
You cannot list a player who potentially hasn't even been at his club for half of the time he'll be there for, in a poll for who is the most expensive flop.
Dress it up however you want, that's just the reality if you understand what the word means.
You will never admit to being wrong (as we saw with Suarez), so perhaps the problem here is you.
"Her first book flopped, but her second became a bestseller."
This wouldn't work in this case.
The question is 'who is the biggest flop'.
I cannot believe you still don't understand.
Well actually, that's not true. I can believe it. You can't even acknowledge you're wrong when you have a direct quote in front of you.
You telling me not to spend a lot of time on the forum was nauseating bur this 'You will never admit to being wrong' is the equivalent of an anal prolapse.
Genuine mental health problems.
Robbing_Hoody - sometimes I jump into people and then charge them with assault (U6374)
The difference is that my time on the forum doesn't make me angry and bitter.
That seems to be the part you missed in your 'diagnosis'.
Maybe if you weren't foaming at the mouth you'd have thought through what you were saying.
"The question is 'who is the biggest flop'."
No it isn't. The question is who is the most expensive flop. That's why I think it's Pogba. If it was biggest flop, I wouldn't think Pogba.
There'sOnlyOneReds (U1721)
Semantics.
The point being it's too soon for Pogba to be listed as a flop. As we've discussed.

Yeah the embellishment and exaggeration doesn't wash when you have written literally thousands of words about the word flop. Me calling you mental doesn't mean I'm frothing at the mouth, it simply means I think you're mental.
Now I get you have to balance things out as I suspect you're starting to realise how silly you look, again, but no-one is angry here other than you and it's evident to most people.
Me listing the idiosyncrasies of your mental health issues is simply that I'm afraid.

I don't really care what washes with you.
I'm not even having this debate with you, yet you've joined the article and started insulting me in an angry manner.
Not for the first time, I might add.
You're a funny keyboard warrior and good for a laugh, although I do fear for your health if you get annoyed by someone you've never met, on a football forum.
There'sOnlyOneReds (U1721)
Yes I am.
Whether the poll is for 'expensive' or 'greatest' is irrelevant.
The point is he shouldn't be listed as a flop.
Funny how you try to make out that it's me who applies things literally and focuses on semantics - it's you who had to take 'totally' in it's literal form this morning because it was your only way out of being proven wrong.
What did the OP mean by flop?
I'm sure he didn't mean total failure, just failure.
Pogba is a failure so far so he's a flop.
