Imagine if your place of work wanted to carry out a performance assessment on you but you tell them they have to wait until you retire in order to properly assess your performance because even though you've been useless so far, there is a chance you might improve in the future.



In any occupation, performance can be judged at any reasonable time and Pogba has been here nearly two years which is a reasonable period to judge. An assessment of this time conclusively shows him to be a flop until further notice.

No it isn't. You've made this up. Why do you keep adding this rule to the word flop, in this context?
