Rumour is that their universe gets destroyed by an incursion, setting up Secret Wars, and that Galactus is the only one that exists in the multiverse (I.e. like America Chavez, no variants), and can destroy realities.

I mean I'm sure there's a female Captain America in some obscure comic too. Not sure that means Cap should be a female in live action. Plenty of good female characters to bring to the screen that haven't had their turn yet.
