The English judge scored it so close in fear of being labelled as biased. Idiot.
Don't know what the Mexican judge was watching.
Fury should have won.
AJ looks a bit irrelevant right now. Fury and Wilder elevated themselves up into heavyweight stardom and they both did it in America.

It’s very tricky because people have suggested before you could get ex boxers to be judges but then that couldn’t also be controversial and they’d get accused of potentially favouring someone. You could have tv’s and headphones instead of them watching it and hearing people sometimes celebrate punches that didn’t hit gloves or land, but then that also can be misleading, there’s no real right way unfortunately but like refs you just have to hope for the best.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Seems to me like every pundit, boxer, ex boxer and fan of the sport felt Fury won.
More judges is an idea, but would that just mean more rubbish judges? 2 out of the 3 yesterday weren't very good.

This. Completely his fault for being a coward. I actually think he would beat both Wilder and Fury, but we won't know until he fights and people can't be blamed for doubting him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't understand the idea that AJ is being a coward when he's fought better opponents than Wilder has. And if he's avoiding fighting over in America then it looks like he has a legit reason.
Wilder would have come to the UK. If AJ wants to watch the money coming I to the bank and never really test himself that's his choice, but it's nights like last night that make fighters great.
Other than his fight vs VK he's not done anything astonishing and his boxing skills are still very questionable. If we never get the answer to whether AJ can best these two then he will never go down as a great imo.

Highly doubt we'll see AJ vs Wilder going to a decision anyway, so he might as well fight in America.

They should do away with draws in boxing as it does nothing except make (big) fights look rigged.
Thought draw was probably right result tbh. Looking forward to the rematch, fury still prob got weight to lose and muscle to gain before being back to his best.
Adonis Stevenson apparently in intensive care after his defeat. Hope and pray that he make a full recovery.

Haha exactly, and AJ is right whys it always in America we have the better fighters and AJ fights for British fans let them come over here if they wanna fight the best and AJ isn't dodging going to America he could make a lot more money doing it no doubt, hes doing it for his fans and for British boxing.
AJ has his head screwed on, hes in no rush and theres no reason he should be. He will fight them in his own time they can run their mouths all they want AJ will fight them on his terms and he does his talking in the ring.
Hes not gna sell out, dno what Wilder paid those judges that was an absolute joke. But an unfit Fury out boxed him, yes he got too cocky and got floored twice but he won the fight comfortable since he was able to get up twice. Even still it was a great comeback for Fury and he made a shed load too so although he was robbed it was a great result.
Just hope Fury kicks on from here, and not go the other way again he was already talking about eating pies n joking about 28 stone here i come again sadly, if thats his attitude thats whats likely gna happen again until hes blew his millions again.
Aj isn’t going to America cause it isn’t convenient from him. He’s always trained in Sheffield in the same time zone same trainer/gym etc and it’s worked, think that’s prob reason he hasn’t fought outwith uk

After a fight like that the last thing on either fighters mind is another fight, give them a few weeks off for christmas before they think about it.
What about WBC Mandatory Breazale tho?
Is Ortiz WBA mandatory?
Breazale is WBC mandatory, dunno about WBA.

watching that back I don't see how wilder won more than 3 rounds with the obvious 9 and 12 which are always scored 10-8s, also i think fury actually won round 12 as a whole despite the ko, he tagged wilder who was gassed by the end so that could have easily been a 9-9, one judge had wilder 115-111 I belive which means he scored 7 rounds to wilder ffs, the guy connected at a 17% hit rate(I know these are not accurate to the punch but they will be usually around that figure)
The sport is a farce to be honest when it comes to points decisions. Huge corruption to the point of it being ruined.

the judge that scored it 115-111 had wilder winning the first 4 rounds !! you could argue he wont the 2nd (i thought he edged it) but the other 3 were very clear Fury rounds. He was cheated no ifs no buts.
What it does tell us though or at least me is that Fury would school AJ also. Aj will land just as much as Wilder did and doesnt quite hit as hard.
For me the Wilder/AJ is still 50/50 both capable of knocking each other out
you could argue he wont the 2nd (i thought he edged it) but the other 3 were very clear Fury rounds.
====
You say that, but I had Fury for the 2, and Wilder for the 3rd (or was it the 4th, I forget). Others have said Wilder in other rounds. Shows it wasn't as clear cut as some make out.
I had Fury by 2, but at the time said it could easily be a draw. Obviously Wilder winning 7 rounds doesn't really match what we all saw though.
