I reached with my retort of this logic, sure. But fundamentally my point was that it wouldn't stop the United fans chanting about Hillsborough if Liverpool fans didn't mention it.

Caants will be caants regardless. They don't need an excuse although they may hide behind it.

In part. I dont think it would finitely quash racist chanting, I simply dont think it helps. It's not meant as a blame game though by any means and can appreciate Spurs fans defence of using the Y word.

This is the really weird part about it.

I think officially there are more Jewish chelsea fans than there are Jewish Spurs fans too. Sure I read that somewhere.
