Of course you're entitled to call things as you see them Ginger.
My own call is that I would be more than happy if next season was
like this one to date - if it's better then I'll take it.
And I've been at 3 more Away games than Home for ma sins.
Tully I heard ma Da and uncles talking 'bout those bad times.
They were fvkin brutal btw.
The team not my folks.

Would you rather be in rangers shoes?
Some people forget the nineties. Ten in a row needs a combined effort from the fans as well as the players.
Rangers fans are showing us up with their support.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So how many games have you attended this season to lend your support?
The folk who were greetin about our lack of signings before the January window and continued to bleat when we got loans and bleated more when we got a RB loanee are still moaning that we are not playing great football even though we are 8 points clear in the league. It can’t always be sparkling. Get a life ya greetin faced cants. BTW, I had to watch some real Scheidt in the 90’s and watch the Deila years with horror. These times are som of the best but you’ll not appreciate until they are gone
Bad times. Spare a thought.

I like this guy.>
I love the way these new fellas embrace the team and fans.
I'm not one for telling guys who spend their hard earned cash going to games what they should think. It's a fackin cheek tbh.
But this is not a new thing. You could have read this thread after almost any away game this season or last.
Very few exciting away performances and not that many at home either.
Not good enough imo
Play well and drop points = WHUR'S RA WINS??
Play dire and win = WHUR'S RA GID FITBA??

Have a wee read at some of the books that chronicle the Stein years and they’ll remind you of how pash we were at times even then.

Agreed.
But I only see this on JA.
3 or 4 auld comrades' groups I sup with no sign of it.
4 brothers, dozens of nieces/nephews, inlaws, sons all have SB's.
Maybe we all have lower expectations.
Quick head count 45+ prob more than 50 season book holders.
I never hear anything even remotely close to this & many other OP's.

Well as has been posted ad nauseam.
All about opinion.
And every opinion is valid.
'Cept bubble's.
As ever, it’s either sugar or scheidt on here!
I’m sure some of the folk on here not happy about the performances, had been raving about Burke until the midweek game and then noticed his deficiencies. Same with Toljan. Now they’re scheidt as well.
Sugar or scheidt.
I wasn’t at the game today-only go to the home games, and when I’m fortunate to get a ticket, games at Hampden. Watched the game with my boy. We both jumped out our seats when that goal went in.
He asked me tonight if we could go down to Celtic park to see if he could see the players and Rodgers getting back from Killie. He’s 14-and see in a couple of years, he’ll probably not want to be hanging about with me to watch the games.
I loved that goal today. And I got a kick getting his pic with some of the players tonight as they signed one of his tops.
I’d love us to play exciting football every game, or most games. I just don’t think it’s possible, so I’ll enjoy us winning as many games as possible. Because I’m certain at some point, we’re not going to be in the position we’re currently in, and I also know I won’t get to share these times with my boy forever either.
Everyone is entitled to a moan-some just seem to do it more than others. And seem to enjoy it as well.
What utter claptrap.
Who said I don’t enjoy going to games or us winning ffs?
If I didn’t I wouldn’t travel the many thousands of miles I do every year or fork out the many thousands of pounds either.
But I am bloody well entitled to call that standard of football as I see it, winning or not without some rses decrying me as being miserable or spoilt ffs. I’ve seen more bad times than probably most on here and still went week in and week out.
Fwcking cheek on some of you
How dare I have a different opinion eh?

Heed haven't seen any greeting on this thread just a fair assessment of todays away performance our away performances in general this season.
As I said already there is a dinosaur element in our support and on here too who think we shouldn't have any negative opinions on the performance well that is utter nonsense. We are all happy with the result but we can still have our own views on the 13 away performances, most of which have been facking dire.
Just for information I went my first game in 1970 so I have lived through many good and many bad times too. But how long I have been watching really has fack all relevance to todays dismal affair or whether me or other want to criticise. I would think a fair few on here were around for the 90's and the Deila years so unless they have lost their mind they can remember themselves what it was like.
Doesn't matter if someone has watched for 5,10 or even 40-50 years it doesn't allow them to tell others that they should only make positive comments. This is after all a forum, free for all to vent their spleen on our performances.
I was at the game and having spent my hard earned on a ticket I can rejoice in the win but equally speak my mind on whether the performance was acceptable. today. It wasn't and similar in performance to many away day "blues" we have suffered this season.
Anyway on to the next game in Valencia and i am sure we are all looking forward to that. Hard hat and flack jackets required for this and peek from behind the sofa.

Perspective. You have a valid opinion as everyone else has. As I said to Mags, have a wee read at some of the books that chronicle the Stein years to remind yourself that even the best can play some crap games yet win leagues and trophies. When BR leaves, it will be harder than it is now to win with style every week 👍
