I don't rate Hazard. I get that some people like watching him but he doesn't deliver on the pitch. He's a mood player who hasn't turned up consistently for our team since September. He goes hiding when the going gets tough.
Azpilicueta is rock solid. one of the best defenders in the world and very underrated.
Not this season he hasn't been. There's a reason Wan Bissaka's being linked.
He thrived as an outside CB in a back three but he's been shakey now that's he's been moved back out to right back

I don't think it's really that, a factor maybe but the root cause is he's declining, he's played so many games i think it's catching up.
It is slightly below. He's been good mostly this season even if he's had a few bad games.
Blame Sarri's system for putting him under more pressure if anything.

Azpilicueta was really poor last season, his assist stats covered up his poor performances. This season he has been just as bad in that RB position.

This season mediocre players have been destroying him in ways not even a reincarnated Pele would have two years back.
Hopefully we bring Reece James back in the summer and start the change of the guard at RB.
Hazard had a really good opening 2 or 3 months to the season. Has slowed down recently. Let’s not forget the likes of Mane and Salah have had moments in the season where they went missing as well. Difference is they have other players that step up whilst we are more or less a one man team. Everything goes through Hazard.
