It felt like Cutrone was leaving his roots by departing from AC Milan. Or maybe he was coming to find his roots. AC Milan was founded in 1899 by a guy called Alfred Edwards who also became the club’s first chairman. Edwards was born in Shropshire and later came back there to live and die. He is buried in Bridgnorth just 15 miles from Molineux
