So what's the hold up? Heads of terms signed, creditors accepted the administrators offer, fv got their new backer. 10 days left on the beano clock.

Plain and simple Benny, it's the Hotel. They want and need the hotel to make the whole deal worthwhile. We know that the football club can't make money so the hotel is central to their plan of reducing losses. I suspect that without it the deal may not be ratified. If it is, it will be a hard and rocky road.

Stuck at 6.13 in the Clubs admin report.
The curse of the separate administrators and Haunted Hotel waiting to see where the Trust and Ken let the floating charges settle, will it be the Hotel or the Club once they stop being nudged about (see Ken) and floating they can go in the SPA sign it and exchange.

Friday would be good it being poets day and knowing London workers it’s the day to dust everything off hit the pub nice and early plus schools are finishing in some areas. If not this Friday (tomorrow) then maybe a couple of weeks running in Admin while some beggar or a judge sorts it out and decides where the floating stops.

As SWIE says all about the Hotel the anticipated valuation and return this is up if no charges stick there and down if charges check in.
Agree blink or bluff which way would you play it.

Don’t expect any money for transfers etc.

Just reading Benny's first post on this thread, still nothing changed, apart from a couple of players left, and an Administrator installed to milk a few extra quid out of the club.
Are you still as hopeful now, as you was in that first post?

I'm just wondering if I will ever put a name In the incoming section.

Stuck a little comment on that. Cobble a side together for Wycombe. The transfer window for league one shuts 31st August but will be looking at free signings, loans. Worked in league one but needed to spend in the championship. If fv do take over then its a long term job.

FV Resolution of allotment of securities is open.
Nice and short for a change.

Has to be a busy week now, one way or another, or those shares and securities are gonna be meaningless, worth absolutely zero.

I await some meaningful news. at the moment this is same old, same old. it needs to be pushed over the line.

One week tomorrow we should be playing our first game in Division One, We can rais a team by simply playing what players we have and perhaps any trialist that might be offered a contract, the remainder of the squad would need to be filled by the youth team players. That would leave us all August to find some reasonable players who will cost next to nothing. Wages will need to be minimal, so what can we expect? With twelve points adrift to start with will we be able to catch up?

Still, if we have a club that will be good news. It just might take longer than we anticipate to get where we want to be.

Time to prepare for a weekend of mugging those who follow men playing with funny shaped balls.
This weekends haul should cover team hotel and travel for Wycombe then its just a cunning plan required for some players .

posted on 26/7/19

To fulfil the first fixture we need to register 18 players, that would leave six to find before the end of August, to give us our 24.

Would those 18 players not be able to be replaced until January??

Forgetting they need to be paid first!!

So another day has been and gone with no takeover. 7 days to go on the beano clock.

posted on 26/7/19

Can't we submit a team sheet with less than 7 subs I thought it was in the small print somewhere that might give us some options.
Is it 4pm Friday the registration desk closes for players except those needing International clearance which take longer.

If FV have everything lined up as we are led to believe we could do it with time to spare.

There’s no point having more than 15 players in a Parky squad, they only sit on the bench, or the sick bay. With 15 players to choose from he won’t get as confused picking a team either.

Josh Vela watch. Playing for hibs at Elgin on bt sport. Playing in a deeper role than at bolton. Learned a lot from parky, one hoof ball straight down the middle to create a chance.

I note he got his obligatory yellow during the game.

Summat about a defender this morning and news of 9 players waiting in the wings ready to join the player registration queue.
So we should still manage a team sheet with time to spare provided FV sign on the …………………….

So we have the out of contract players that no one else wants Buckley, Hobbs, O'Neil, back looking for deals. Hopefully no sign of Wilson, dyer, Taylor. Lafferty, Thompson, Pringle, conway, Clarke, mentioned too. Was hoping darcy and politic would be given chances but looks unlikely unless Bolton can't register players in time. A week to go anything could still happen and any team could be put out at Wycombe.

Can't play Oldham today. Though we're playing Salford, (from the same division), behind closed doors today instead.

posted on 27/7/19

Oh also deadline for players being registered for the season is, I think, Wednesday.

It was also mentioned that we didn't have anyone registered for our last league 1 season till the very last week either.

How far we have fallen. Asia cup winners in 2005 to playing Salford behind closed doors. Weird one that. Ok the reebok being used for rugby today any reason why it couldn't be played at moor lane?

posted on 27/7/19

Reebok Benny? A few more names have appeared over the entrance since the stadium was called the Reebok. Still, it was a popular name and one that we tend to associate our club with.

Not long now before the season starts and we still don't know whether or not we will be in business. I keep drifting from being angry, annoyed and feeling apathetic about the whole scenario. It has to end sometime soon. It's as bad as the Brexit scenario.

The bbc have the rugby fixtures down as at the Macron stadium.
