All Inclusive Summer Thread, part 3

Hello league one again. A busy summer ahead. Still to appoint an administrator, possible new owners, more court appearances, efl disciplinary hearings, fines, point deductions, embargoes, possible sacking and hiring of a new manager and the comings and goings of the playing staff which I will keep updated on the top page. I hope when this thread is finished we are finally financially stable and have a competitive side ready to hit league one full on whatever points deduction we are given.

Top job Benny is there a sweep for pre season starting and who we might face ? will we get that far with all the shenanigans due to happen first.

Here we are again..
Two contracted players may walk away next week, Olkowski and Ameobi unless they get all their owed wages beforehand.

Ameobi confirmed as leaving - going to China apparently.

Spurs in for Connell - we'll get money for that deal, or any deal for him for that matter, but it will be a small "training fee". - I think with Spurs would be best for him out of the clubs chasing.

I think the new owners may have a job to do just to get a squad together for the new season, let alone a decent squad.

A side point, when I read about Bolton nowadays I feel sorry for them. Cash strapped, can't pay players, administration, potential points deduction etc. Been a tough season.

But the EFL aren't helping them. Dishing out fines left, right and centre to the club which they know they can't pay which is just sending the club even further into debt. I know they've helped pay some of the wages for players and staff but even still, feel sorry for you lot.

Hope all goes well.

It was the PFA, player's union that paid just a fraction of their owed wages. EFL just brought forward the TV money a couple of weeks for Bolton, back early January. Not forgetting EFL's Harvey stated Bolton have enough money in the bank to complete the full season, only a few weeks ago.

Kind of miss sides winning the Premier league at the reebok and bolton not being in danger of relegation because of it.

Amazed at City and Liverpool finished 25 points above 3rd placed Chelsea.
It gives me a little hope considering where City were not very long ago.

Chris Hughton sacked by Brighton. Any owners that can afford him ideal replacement for parky.

Looks like Ken’s done a runner.

I am sure he and Aldridge will have to answer some questions for the Admin boys.

At least with administrators running the show they will only sell to a party with actual cash rather than a chancer with a payday loan. This should have been done 3 years ago.

There's a lot to cram in before we pop back into the court a week tomorrow how long it will take to decipher the great big can of worms is anybody's guess.
The easy one has to be the hotel if what the club owes the hotel was settled quickly by the administrators that could come out of admin on its own couldn't it ? that's provided the administrators can find some petty cash to pay the debt.

Food banks ffs, this is getting more embarrassing by the day.

Two sets of administrators with accountants in tow and two sets of costs one lot for the hotel and one lot for the club. Are two sets really needed or is it just a way to demonstrate how to carry on losing lots more money.

Thanks to Preston for helping out with the food banks. I hope the administrators pay the staff before anyone else. They have waited too long. Surprised 2 sets of administrators, thats going to cost. How long before an admin finds out that benny stll owes £34 on his season ticket.

It's letters to companies dealing with the club who we both owe and get payments from first - say about a week then they send the boys round.

Looks like Buffooni is telling everyone he's coming in with another bid to buy at the end of the week. No ta Lawrence.

In other news Mike Dean has come out as being a Tranmere fan. Now all the penalties make sense.

My understanding is that it is because the football club and the hotel, whilst having the same parent company (Burnden Leisure) are run as separate businesses. Should imagine that either there is some legal reason they can't have the same admin team, or that they've appointed separate teams so they can give one business their sole attention to try and speed up the process.

Concert season isn't far away now and there's money to be made at the hotel and car parks this summers income is going to be hard enough to manage as it is so its important they make the most of summer income.

We could do with it all being sorted before the rugby boys and girls turn up at the end of July we'll be looking towards pre season by then.

Are we going to be put in a transfer embargo for 2 years we've not heard on that yet have we or have I missed it.

The Gazette and Court have the official notification of the appointment of administrators for the Hotel.
Nothing to date from the club can be found except in the Beano and its court on Wednesday.

The administrators looking to sell off the younger players connell and Darcy as the contracted senior players as we already know have no sale value. The reported £300000 fee for connell won't even pay for the administrators. Sounds like plenty of tyre kickers but no buyers. Starting to fear the worst now although nothing new there.
