That's where sources like Romano have a policy of throwing so much shiiit, eventually something will stick. I'm not saying he's not well informed, of course he is, albeit a tap-in merchant, but to release info about Mamardashvili is either naive or cheap baiting. There's no way in hell that we go from Raya to GM. First of all, he's more expensive and not home grown. If anything this just reinforces my view that come August Raya will be a Spurs player.

Edmond Tapsoba of Bayern Leverkusen was mentioned by Fab today. No idea about him.

Laporte is the only top class CB with a rep out there who we have been rumoured to like, but I cannot see City dealing with us after Kane last summer and the fact they think Levy is behind the charges. Remember when Pep name checked him last season?

I wonder how many people claiming to have seen Tapsoba play have actually seen him play. I've never heard of the bloke. Who over here is genuinely watching Leverkusen games? I reckon maybe one or two but the rest are just mimicking that opinion. Then it snowballs on Twitter. What appears to be an army of people claiming he's brilliant is actually just a series of borrowed opinions.

Yes and we are finally giving our youth team contracts in line with other big clubs. We lost two players to Southampton because we did not offer them decent contracts. Paratici changed this policy when he was here.

One of the players is Sam Amo-Ameyaw who came on against Liverpool in the last game of the season. Supposed to be brilliant.

Doubt he'd play much for Barca tbh. They don't want Frenkie playing defensive mid - they want to buy a new Busquets replacement instead - so Frenkie and Pedri will be the first choice 8s, and both are miles better than Lo Celso.

And Gavi plays as the left winger who tucks in and forms the box midfield - he's also miles better than Lo Celso.

So I don't really see where he'd play, and he'd be expensive backup for them. Better than Kessie I guess

Tonali is a defensive mid, so I doubt it's an alternative to Maddison
