If Kane stays...
https://youtube.com/shorts/V6JeA8HRo4M?feature=share
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I mean even THIS had to be Spursy.
Rumours now circulating that both Bayern AND Spurs are fuming about this. Bayern because they don't get their man and us because we now look like losing him for free.
If we do, that's entirely on Levy.
Entirely on Levy but also Kane didn't accept the offer
Possible Spursy outcomes:
Sell Kane as per normal. No real replacement. Our season suffers.
Keep Kane. He suffers a serious injury. Our Season suffers.
Keep Kane. He just generally has a poor season. Our season suffers.

How is losing him on a free 'on Levy' if a bid has been accepted?
Honestly though one way or another I’ll be relieved when it’s all over and we can move on.
Never getting this emotionally attached to a player again

Tbf big picture it is on Levy. The last 5 years or so have been a shambles. But in this moment it's on Kane. We've accepted a decent bid from a big club. We've offered him (allegedly) a choice of contracts to sign. Not much more he can do

Bale to Madrid killed it for me anyway. I'm here for Spurs, not player fanclubs

Of course it's on him. Levy is the reason he's now in the final 9 months of his deal. If you let a contract run down that far, you've give the player control over his destiny, therefore, regardless of whether a deal is accepted or not, Kane can say "you know what, I'll take my chances on a better club next summer". It's easy to do that when the deal is nearly up. A lot harder with 2-3 years left. Kane holds all the aces. That's on Levy.

I wasn’t that upset with bale going as it was inevitable and that summer he acted like a twaaat.
Plus what he had 2 maybe 3 good to great seasons.
Kane is a whole different ball game. Just my feelings though

I never quite cared as much about Bale as he seemed to not really give much of a fack about the club.
