What sort of fee do we think we could get for PEH?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Would be decent to get back what we paid. About 15m weren't it
I feel like we need creativity in midfield, another number 10. Gio just isn't cutting it. Gallagher isn't a creator anyway. He's more box to box and I think between Bissouma, Bentancur, Skipp and PEH, we have that covered. We only have one creator in Maddison and if he's out, we do look a bit toothless at times.
Anyway, on Gallagher, O'Keefe has just said, when questioned on the changes of signing him "slim to none" so doesn't look like that one will happen.

We will be fine until the end of the season with Madders, Gio and Kulu. Bents can pick a pass as well as score as well. Kulu surprised me when he played there.
No point spending on a 10 with Devine coming back
yeah reassess in the summer

Yeah I meant in summer. He looks like he's almost ready to play for us now. Between Maddison and Lo Celso and Kulusevski we should be good for now.

Leeds United are working on a deal to sign #thfc loanee Joe Rodon permanently this month. Leeds United are concerned that if the centre-back continues to excel whilst on loan then his price will increase significantly this summer. [Football Insider]

Slightly less I think. Adds to the kitty for a signing this month. Wonder how much we would ask for.
He has been playing really well for them.
(Don't tell Mandy but Ndombele is still the worst).
#thfc have dropped the asking price for Bryan Gil to €7-8M. The player wants a permanent move this month if it is made clear he will not be a regular under Ange Postecoglou. Sevilla now consider the winger attainable after his price was lowered and he would be delighted to return. [Vamos Mi Sevilla]
Wow that’s some fall in value
At least he's sellable. And tbf if we could sell in the PL you'd think we'd get twice as much.
If the fee is as low as that maybe we could add a hefty sell on percentage in case he does make it one day. Abit like Edwards.

If I remember rightly we paid £3m plus KWP for him, which felt like a good deal at the time and to be fair to PEH he’s been a decent signing, he’s steady, had his good moments and is a grafter.

PEH sits among the plethora of other DMs we’ve had who have come in, done a job but not really had more than one great season: Palacios, Parker, Sandro, Wanyama

I wouldn't put these in the same bracket.
Wanyama was brilliant for 1 season and then finished.
Palacios was good for a couple
Sandro was really good for about 3 seasons
Parker was decent for a few when he wasn't going round and round in little circles
Somebody prove me wrong
I think they're all broadly similar in that they shined then waned. Maybe Scotty P is most similar to Hojbjerg in that he never really looked great, was just generally solid

well you could say any player who wasn't a total dead loss shined and then waned. i mean, they all wane.
PEH gets alot of uncalled stick. Never got much praise even when he contributed.
Always got a solid 7 out 10 for me. Not made of glass either. Always available. Good solid pro.
