I'm mature enough to listen to others views. If I don't agree I don't assume my opinion is always right. I don't boo either. Actually, I have done before on munerous occasions

I juts don't get why yesterday and why Liverpool fans. The reasons given indicate this booing should have bene going on for years. It hasn't.

I personally wouldn't boo it but I would think it's obvious why it is booed given the disdain the upper classes have had for Liverpool as a city over the years.

It's been happening since the 80s, since the government played their part in the cover up of Hillsborough and Thatcher stated she wanted Liverpool to be abandoned and put in a state of managed decline.

Frankly I think you need to do a bit of research, rather than asking the people on here and expecting a reasoned debate.

Act like grown ups and just sit through it quietly, its a harmless tradition. No ones being forced to sing it like has been the case in other society's at some points in time.

The lyrics in national anthems around the world talk about the beautiful country, the people and their prospects. Ours talks about how great the queen is. Come on. Time for a new one.
