But if the royal family existence is that much of a political problem for you maybe you should consider moving because it's literally the systemic foundation of our state. And there is nowhere near enough support to remove it in the near future.

The royals are an outdated nonsense, they still own and profit from huge amounts of land. Just because this system exists does not mean it shouldn't be scrapped asap.

My point was letting it bother you to an extreme is fairly futile and it doesnt impact everyone's day to day life much. Maybe the Republican feeling will switch with Charles on the throne, who knows.

The countrys done pretty well with the constitutional monarchy historically. It's certainly not our biggest issue right now.

But if the royal family existence is that much of a political problem for you maybe you should consider moving because it's literally the systemic foundation of our state. And there is nowhere near enough support to remove it in the near future.

He's right about the royal family though. I don't really care either way but there's nothing close to enough support across the UK (England mostly) to get rid of it.

Wow I should consider leaving the country because I don't agree that the royal family should be referenced in a national anthem or have any part of our modern day society, politics or state. There isn't much support for gun control in the states either..
