Not now he wants to be pm.
But he gave cover to terror thugs killing his fellow mps, but they were Tory and unionist...so legit targets
Co.paring jezza to govt seeking ceasefire is wrong.
Just as his support for Islamist is wrong.
Just as his party being antisemitic under his leadership is wrong.
And John Lannsman of Momentum trying to remove Labour moderates and taking over the party, after putting uncle jezza in charge, is wrong.

Jezza invites republican movement to Westminster after Brighton bomb.
Jezza addresses republican crowds in Archway during London bomb campaign and I was there.
Jezza backs SF goal.

Totally different from Major trying to get peace.
Did jezza invite loyalists to peace talks...no?
He liked the ra as they hated the brits and Tories.

I think the Tory Party need to own Brexit, so another five years of Tory rule, will let the whole country see what an utter mess they have made of the country. There is going to be no happy outcome of Brexit or another five years of the Tories. But if that is what it takes for people to finally come to their senses, then I would have no problem with that. They need to own their complete and utter mess.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If the Tories get a majority at the next election then I can see Labour splitting with Momentum, the NEC and the unions wanting another hardcore lefty at the helm but the centre left voters wanting somebody more electable.
Its going to be very interesting seeing if the moderates can wrestle the party back from the Paul Mason and Owen Jones types.

For what it's worth, whilst he is a good campaigner I don't think he is a good leader. Especially given his Brexit positions (albeit much clearer now).
Nonetheless the media will do all they can to keep him out of #10.

Jezza invites republican movement to Westminster after Brighton bomb.
Jezza addresses republican crowds in Archway during London bomb campaign and I was there.
Jezza backs SF goal.
Describes SF as friends.
Totally different from Major trying to get peace.
Did jezza invite loyalists to peace talks...no?
He liked the ra as they hated the brits and Tories.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can argue this led to the GF agreement though which has brough the longest period of peace to this island.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not jezza ra support.
Govt talks and compromise here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah but having had dialogue with an MP prior to this has to have been a factor in PIRA coming to the table, this is my point, dialogue is key.
Do you really thing Corbyn supported Ra bombings?

Co.paring jezza to govt seeking ceasefire is wrong.
Just as his support for Islamist is wrong.

And John Lannsman of Momentum trying to remove Labour moderates and taking over the party, after putting uncle jezza in charge, is wrong.

Your whole argument surrounded JC being a terrorist sympathiser. Where is the evidence he supported paramilitary violence??
Major's government had far more engagement/dialogue with the 1RA Army Council than JC, (at the time) a backbench Labour MP.
Airbrushing facts seems to be a recurring theme of late.

Whats the point of arguing .. lets see how Corbyn gets on in an election and then see if you still think hes right to lead the party
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For what it's worth, whilst he is a good campaigner I don't think he is a good leader. Especially given his Brexit positions (albeit much clearer now).
Nonetheless the media will do all they can to keep him out of #10.

Farage is whole new level of bad but corbyn is slowly getting there.
How can anyone back corbyn when the polls say he is 10 plus points behind of the worst PM's in history
I think this is a good example of people who just follow a party for the sake of it and lack the intellectual nous to see both sides of an argument.
If the diehard labour folk on this thread had any backbone they would be pushing for a competent leader.
If they had one they might, just might get my vote
But not if they keep this potential inheritance tax policy which will cost working class peops like me hundreds of thousand of pounds if implemented.

Sorry TBBAB but your anger here is misgudied, much like the current loyalist feelings towards the EU and Dublin when it's the beloved Tories that are selling out the loyalist community.
I see Jamie Bryson going off on twitter hourly making idle threaths against Dublin and the EU, 500 unionists in the Con club claiming they'll not take this deal, betrayal act etc. when it's Westminster where the anger needs to be demonstrated.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am not angry.🤣
I am cool with a soft brexit and earned Boris would ditch dup to get s deal as he lies.
I spoke against those you saw on Newsnight last night, and with wwspd, who referred to loyalists going mad about the Irish sea border, In an attempt to bring calm analysis to those like Bryson and republicans who talk up protests and hate
I accepted the WA and now accept the very average Boris deal, unlike dup and Bryson.
I k ow Tories let unionists down and advocate a new loyalist and unionist approach and attitude to Dublin and Irishness.
I am not what you think and not a Bryson boy.
I am Irish and British living in Ulster, and wary of clowns like Jezza being used by extremists, just as I know we were used by the uvf and govts and Paisley and now dup blowhards.
