No Swinson...on brexit

Six white men stuck in the past, conspiring to wreck our future.

Racist much.

Mother of Stephen Lawrence accused fire brigade of racism, saying Grenfell victims would be saved if they were white.

Odd week for racism after Bulgaria and Yeovil Town last week.

How diverse are the eu commission?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Fire Brigade are not to blame, and they march with the victims and their families when they have the silent protests.

Would so many have died if a load of rich white people lived there?

Of course not.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, fire brigade check race and income before leaving the station.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The building wouldn’t have gone up like that if it had been in a rich part of the borough.

Dodgy cladding and no sprinkler system.

True we are, the fire brigade admitted procedure was wrong.

Not based on skin pigmentation.

But if it had fallen in value you’d have taken the hit. So on that basis if house prices fall we should all be able to claim relief from the government

Swinson is a yellow Tory, playing the populist game herself.

She needs reminding that she voted to implement austerity that lead the country to Brexshit.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
You forget that Parliament is a democracy.

In the main, a single MP cannot be held accountable for the success or failure of a particular policy.

Typically from first reading of a bill the house gets to add amendments etc and in turn vote on the final version of the bill before it becomes law.

Not that I am excusing Swinson but more nuance is required rather than finger pointing and point scoring.

yes you have earned that money as the house as well as being your home is also an investment. As Palmers mentioned property can go up and down in price so you take the rough with the smooth. Sometimes you lose a few quid sometimes you earn a few quid. In your case you've earned well so good for you and yours

Well only those that are on the market for £2 million upwards. Your average property in London has gone up by ridiculous amounts over the past 30 years. I know properties that were brought early 70s for £3,000 and are now worth upwards of £750,000. Now I know wages etc have gone up as well, but certainly not by that much.

Anybody who owns a property in London is basically set up for life.

Fortunately that`s me. I am a proper champagne socialist.

wont effect this lot

sandy is already in a care home and sizzle shares a room with 20 others in a run down flat somewhere in lovely london town

isn't it funny that the folk who don't have much want those who do have a little taxed to death
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a house property in London that is worth quite a bit. I didn't have to do absolutely nothing, for the price to keep rising, so can hardly say I have earnt all the money tied up in the property.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
apart from paying for the property and maintaining it
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I brought the property cash, and since then it has doubled in cost, and I it has needed very little maintenance costs spent on it. So am effectively making lots of money now without having to lift a finger. I certainly have not earnt a penny of the 100 per cent profit I have currently made on the property.

yes you have earned that money as the house as well as being your home is also an investment. As Palmers mentioned property can go up and down in price so you take the rough with the smooth. Sometimes you lose a few quid sometimes you earn a few quid. In your case you've earned well so good for you and yours
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Properties never go down in price, not these days anyway. Even the biggest dumps, the prices still rise ridiculously high. You will always find a buyer who will pay more than the property was purchased for.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

London prices have generally stalled and regressed in certain price brackets over the past year.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well only those that are on the market for £2 million upwards. Your average property in London has gone up by ridiculous amounts over the past 30 years. I know properties that were brought early 70s for £3,000 and are now worth upwards of £750,000. Now I know wages etc have gone up as well, but certainly not by that much.

Anybody who owns a property in London is basically set up for life.

Fortunately that`s me.I am a proper champagne socialist.

Only have the one do you?

Johnson wants a December 12th Election.

But will Jezza allow it?
