Oasis are about the only britpoo I listen to, sonetines the underated Dodgy, Kula shaker, blurs britpop era I wouldn’t buy, they got better when they did song 2, parklife is massively overrated.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Kula Shaker decent seen them. Longpigs were good. Big Richard Ashcroft fan too
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The album that bitter sweet is on I was a bit disappointed in, bit depressing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No way. Urban Hymns? It's one of the best albums of the 90s.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not for me, was ok, couple of amazing tunes a load of filler.

Only time I’ve seen verve live was supporting Smashing Pumpkins at the now closed Newcastle Mayfair, they were very good, long before Urban hymns came out
Kraftwerk - Radio-Activity
R.E.M. - Monster
Paul Simon - The Rhythm of the Saints
Public Service Broadcasting - The Race for Space
Kula Shaker - K
Fair enough toor, I hated the drugs don’t work. Bittersweet was immense though still love hearing that these days.

I haven't but I'll take a look. Think that was only on the special edition version of the album or something, if I remember right?
Ah, remember this song. It was a different one on the special edition.
Am I imaging things or did I just hear Liam Gallagher in the song?
Seen a few mentions of the Prodigy, but I think the best dance band this country has had is the chemical brothers. They've made so many good albums. The last one no geography was fantastic.
I felt after fat of the land their stuff went a bit stale and too off the cuff. Then Liam left, rejoined and went all hardcore, which was a bit w@nk cause hardcore was never good to begin with. And everything in between wasn't very good IMO.
Chems on the other hand have had hit after hit and have collaborated with some amazing artists. Super group that's for sure.

Chemical Brothers were amazing.
Don't listen to that type of music anymore but they were my favourite at the time, in that genre.
Once thought I was a DJ, had decks and a load of records. My favourite record I had was a Chemical Brothers - 'Out of Control'.
I then discovered the Beatles and ditched it all. I guess I got old.
Music for the Jilted betters anything The Chemical Brothers did though.

Saw Richard Ashcroft in Belfast last year when he was backing up Liam Gallagher. He was outstanding. He made the night to be honest, as good as Liam Gallagher was.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Saw Ashcroft a couple years back in Nottingham. Not sure why I left it so long. He was great though, proper front man and far better voice than Liam Gallagher.
Chemical Brothers though. Seen them a few times. Probably the best live act I’ve seen. They’ve got the whole package.

I still dj so like all sorts. I was into the Beatles before the chemical brothers though. They're fantastic live last well. I've seen two DJ sets but they were a bit meh after they stopped playing their own tunes. The latest album is brilliant, you should check it out. 👍
