Sizzle talks of ''ignorance'' yet displays it in absolute bundles.

It’s really not that f*cking complicated.

You're right (for once), it's really not that f*cking complicated.
The financial system is rigged, a quick watch of 'The Big Short' will easily explain this to you.
What were your experts saying in the lead up to the 08/09 crash? Nothing.
What were your experts saying last September? Nothing.

Enjoy another 10+yrs of bloody 'austerity'. You are a good citizen, you've played your part well
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’ve played my part well? You mean in trying to stop the already of a deadly virus?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Which other deadly viruses are you playing your part in stopping? Are you always in self isolation?

This may go some way to explaining your behaviour.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, tell it to the Old Bill when they are f*cking tasering you for wasting their time.

Good luck.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

What on earth goes through your head at times?

Where would I be wasting anyone’s time?

You are beyond ridiculous.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, just not a selfish potential superspreader like yourself.

Not a thought for anyone else, but then, I already knew that.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I’m a superspreader now am I?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
F*ck knows, bit you seen to be struggling to follow some pretty basic advice, so probably,

Don’t forget, you voted for these incompetent venal’s, not me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Nope. I follow all the advice. But let’s keep to the point shall we?

Which bit of lives v cost don’t you get? Which bit of you struggles to understand the looming damage that will undoubtedly be caused were we to damage the economy irretrievably?

How on earth do you envisage citizens of a country coping with lockdown for another 3 months when we’ve only been doing this for less than a week and you can see the social unrest starting in Italy in less than 3 weeks?

How will we look after the millions upon millions of redundant people when tax income drops off a cliff edge. How will we feed and support everyone as businesses and supply chains break down?

Have a wee think about all of that and ffs don’t come back with it doesn’t matter what it costs.

The Tories are doing whatever they can to save their own assses, as usual. They are not telling us everything, just drip feeding us bits, day by day, so that they cannot be held to account.

When it is all over, they will distance themselves completely from anything they should have done earlier, then get on with trashing low paid workers again, the very people that are helping us through this crisis.

After months and months of telling us cleaners, low paid workers are worthless, they are now the very ones we are all relying on.

The Tories really are shameless, and will do whatever it takes to stay in power.

Reading this thread highlights that there are some very strange and disturbed people who troll the internet, especially at night, on forums like this.

From a selfish point of view I am very concerned that my own fate and the fate of members of my own family regarding the Covid 19 pandemic will ultimately, depend on the common sense of each and every one of us, which rather horrifically, includes the above mentioned individuals.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s not selfish, it’s what every normal person is concerned about.

Oh my dear Lord above.

So you actually think anyone knows all the answers and what is going to happen so they are deliberately withholding information do you?

All this whilst actions by the government have cross party agreement and involvement?

Unbelievable.

Imagine politicising a worldwide pandemic.

There is obviously going to be a recession and that will affect the money that government will receive in future tax revenues not withstanding what they are already losing. What I do think this present crisis has taught us is health is so vital for us all. So I hope when we are through this health/care spending becomes an even greater priority. If there has to be choices I would like to see everything up for scrutiny bar health and care. That is not to say a blank cheque. Everything needs to be accountable.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I think to be fair practically everyone in the U.K. was of the opinion that the health service was at best creaking at the seams and needed a serious overhaul, restructure, modernising and financing.

I hope we address it with far more effort than we have done in the past and everyone contributes. My concern is that so much damage is done to the wider economy that we slip (I think we already have) into the deepest worldwide recession witnessed.

The herd immunity thing is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. It was basically a front to keep businesses running as normal for as long as possible.

For one thing, how could you possibly implement such a strategy before a vaccine existed? You couldn't possibly protect the elderly and vulnerable.

Even if you accept Boris doesn't really give a shoot about the elderly and vulnerable, then herd immunity still direct make sense. So it's better for us all to get it in phases? If that's the case, then why allow people to come and go as they please for so long. That was always going to lead to the overwhelming of the health sector we will see in the next week or two.
