I was under the impression that the deaths announced by the government excluded care homes and were only those who had been tested positive and died in hospital? Are we saying that if the government say there are 15k death then the actual toll is 30k?

Unofficially I'd say a few people have said 'fvck it.....I'm doing some work' and gone about their daily business judging by the increased traffic on the road where I am.
