I don't agree with the idea that the season started with fans and needs to finish with fans to be credible. Fans are a luxury that teams have learnt to underappreciated. Ultimately it is football that dictates the success of a season and the bottom six have been poor at their jobs so far. Whether with fans or not it won't change the outcome of the season and they are using the situation to cheat there way out of relegation at the expense of 3 championship clubs who have performed well. If a portion of their team were GENUINELY infected and it impacted their ability to put teams out then I would understand. But don't use the BCD as an excuse to mask over the failure on the pitch.
