Backup keeper
Backup left back
Forward to challenge Firmino. I would love Havertz who plays false 9 but also as a 10 but looks like we will get Werner instead.
Alisson
TAA Gomez VVD Robertson
Henderson Pogba
Mane Firmino Rashford
Salah
Can take rashford out for wijnaldum and to a proper 433 if you don't like the shape though

Genuimely amazes me people put Pogba in. I wouldnt even put him in a Itd XI let alone combined.

Personally I'd look at:
1) Attacking CM - Lallana's leaving, Keita is yet to convince and Ox has struggled with injury.
2) Competition for the front 3 - Origi has a cult following with our fans for what he did last year but the reality is the drop off in quality is stark.
3) LB as competition/back-up for Robertson - Milner wont go on forever and he seems to be default back up
4) Back-up GK - an upgrade on Adrian
So most of the theoretical 200m would go on 1 and 2.
Pogba is fast becoming the most overrated player in the league, in my opinion.
He has technical ability but it's no good if you only use it 10% of the time.

We have some good youngsters who Klopp rates like Elliot, Jones and Williams.
Williams is ready to cover Trent
Elliot is almost ready as a backup to Salah/Mane
Jones will shine next season in midfield
Jury is out for me on Williams. Jones is ready imo and will be more useful than Shaq and Lallana combined maybe. Elliot looks boss but is very young. Too young in fact.

What do you think about central midfield?
No one out there who could strengthen realistically, or not a priority area because of how you play?

Yeh, I don't think you need to worry about it per se, but I think as a rival fan, I'd expect that to be the area strengthened above others.
You have depth, it just looks like you could improve the quality. But fair play, if you don't see it that way.

Hard to say - given how well two of the three shoulder the burder when one is out.
I have openly said I was wrong about you being overly reliant on Salah a couple of years ago.

plus I think pogba just sort of starts to phone it in when the going gets tough which isnt really an issue if you're playing in such a quality liverpool side)
Christopher (U20930)
I understand what you're saying but this is a world record transfer fee player.
He shouldn't have these glaring weaknesses.
If he were picked up for a reasonable fee then maybe Klopp would work with him. But for the money he demands, both in fee and wages, he just wouldn't be in their thinking at all.
I just can't agree. In fact I think he'd more likely get a game under Pep than Klopp.

We've coped well but I'm not sure how long they can all keep playing the number of games that they do. They're 28, 28 and 27 now - so peak years but within 18 months or so it would be good to reduce the games from the 50+ they play atm to circa 40. That would mean a higher quality replacement than Origi imo (caveat that I've not seen enough of Minamino yet).
