Honestly think there is a scandal of corruption with VAR this season. I honestly felt like doing a youtube video of all the big wrong decisions VAR has got wrong this season but it must be in the 100's now.

What about the clear penalty we were denied against Man City in our 2-0 win. What about our stonewall penalty we were denied in 0-0 draw away to Wolves in cup and 1-1 draw they scored a goal that might have been offside but they guessed it was on. What about Elbow on De Gea by Everton leads to the goal for Everton in a game they created no chances? What about game against Villa we were denied a stonewall penalty as ref didn't want us to win?

What about our game against Chelsea where Maguire should have been sent off and Chelsea had two goals knocked off by VAR?

The 2 goals Chelsea scored being disallowed were easy correct decisions. Maguires looked accidental follow through.

I’m only 27 so this is the first time I’ve ever seen us win it.

Feels weird tbh, i think it’s because it was a foregone conclusion for so many months. So i kinda had that giddy phase back in January.

Great to have the curse gone though, Klopp is a bonafide Liverpool legend and i do remember when we got him Fergie saying he believed Klopp would take us back to the top. He was right

Hafi, we win some we lose some. Same goes for other teams too.

What about when we played Liverpool at home and one of our players fouled a Liverpool player in the build up to Rashfords goal and the goal stood and then Liverpool had a goal taken off for handball?

If there was this conspiracy you talk of that wouldn’t have happened. Chill Hafster, be graceful and show dignity in our loss.

I think the season before had spured your lot to go one extra and win it this time. Credit where it's due, you guys deserved it.

Prem but we have been done by the refs this season. That explains why we have so few points but look a great team. I know we have had a poor season in front of goal but poor VAR decisions haven't helped.

Hafi, are we a better side than Liverpool?

Robb you talk about handball goal being disallowed like we were lucky when it is the law, I agree we got lucky with goal against Liverpool but what we got away with for that goal is nothing compared to rugby foul by sheffield United player on Jones. 10x the force and goal allowed and the chance only came from taking our defender out while in our goal there was still a lot to do.

I think over the past 2 seasons we’ve seen a more pragmatic approach by Klopp in order to garner the results needed, which is something he was criticised for not being able to do when he first arrived.

Now we have that league title locked up i think next season he goes back to heavy metal football and whatever happens happens.

I hope so anyway, how we played in the first 2 years is probably the most fun I’ve ever had watching a Liverpool side

Robb expected goals and shots for and against says we are near identical to them. Just that we are near 20th most efficient side and Liverpool are 1st.

If ifs and buts were candy and nuts

To a certain degree, i'll agree with you Hafi. But there have been many incidents where we were simply poor or not effcient enough at killing off games. But pre and post lockdown in football we have began to build up some momentum.

I feel that our team is susceptible to setbacks, but once we get going we start to find some rythm.

We still need some reinforcements to improve the overall squad, but it requires some patience and trust.

Yeah, Klopp had to alter a little of your too expansive football from the previous season. And it worked. But every season seems to get 'harder' to win the title. Will be interesting to see how the leaders approach the strategy to win the league next time.

In our last 13 games we have conceded 3 goals and all from goalkeeper howlers with 2 of those goals also coming from a hoof as well.

Having a keeper that is dodgy is a cause for concern. This is an internal problem that the club needs to get right. DDG has to be in the right mindset because moving him on is currently impossible.

Hafi what are you even talking about anyway, our expected goals for this season is 64.25 and United’s is 53.68

That’s putting aside what a truly ridiculous and stupid stat that is, that only someone who doesn’t understand football would actually use
