He’ll be out of the White House but it looks like the Senate will still be Republican so Biden isn’t going to be able to do too much. Sorry I meant Harris won’t be able to do too much.

There's no proof that democrats vote more per post. There's no indication that a supreme court judge will not uphold the democratic process. If the votes are legal they are legal
There's no historic proof of fraud in US elections

It's a known fact in the US that democrats traditionally send in more mail in ballots than republicans do. That's in any election. Both still vote in person on the day too. But any election sees a higher percentage of democrats, voting absentee/by mail, than republicans doing the same. Voting on the day numbers correspond. Every election, of all republican votes. The percentage of cast in person, is always higher than the percentage of total democrat votes that were cast in person. Nothing to do with number of votes in the whole election, just how the two party's way of doing things is and has been for years.

You're right about there being no historic proof of major fraud in election terms.

The court is a whole other issue. Trump now has it stacked with a 6-3 majority in his favour. He personally appointed 3 of them. In THEORY the Supreme Court should throw his cases out. But with an administration this crooked and 1/3 of the supreme court personally installed by Trump. On top of 70 federal appeals court judges, personally installed by Trump. Don't be so sure that the courts will do the right thing here. The federalists society didn't spend 250 million dollars, installing hand picked (vetted to their agenda) judges, for nothing.

But historically, it's more likely voter suppression tactics by republicans state legislatures, doing things like closing polling stations and limiting drop boxes in the democrat counties. For example, this election Texas limited counties to one drop box each. No suppression issue in all the small town, rural, redneck republican village counties. Where population is 100k and under. But huge the county which contains Houston (and coincidentally lots of black people)...same one drop box had to service 5 million plus people.

As for those mail ins, that's a story to come out later. Because there's a good chunk of Democratic ballots which never even arrived for people to return. Plus stories of missing ballots posted back but not received by the state. Philidelphia alone has had 200k ballots, last stated as received by USPO. But they've been "lost" between the USPO warehouse and delivery to the state electorate. And a federal judge in has ordered a sweep of the post office, to find untold missing ballots.

It's the most blatant electoral scam ever. Irony is, it's Trump runnin his damn mouth so much, which has made it near impossible for them to get away with now. Worrying thing now though it what his gun nut supporters with 30 and 40 assault rifles a piece will do, after all his chat. His supporters are already gathering outside, at all the state offices still counting. This could all get real nasty when Biden is even just unofficially declared on count. Let alone officially declared President Elect, in a few days time.
