0-0 tonight I guarantee we lose 2-0 at home because we tried to play the same careful game we did tonight.

We've played so negatively for the entire 90 and Raya in the last 10 minutes has been releasing the ball quickly it's just so confusing either play with some tempo or realise that we've shut up shop and play for the whistle.

Too far out of goal. The ball went in a downward trajectory. Horrible positioning.

It was such a typical arsenal performance in Europe under Arteta.

Lisbon last year and won't be surprised if Porto do us now also

Possibly but you can't deny the shot was pretty good... had good power and bend on it... not many keepers would save that

Shows how important Jesus is especially in Europe. Our attack was toothless.

Won't be surprised if jesus is undergoing another surgery

Hasn't he only been in two European competitions, where we were fine until we weren't? It's a learning curve for both him and his players.

He looks like he may have issues setting up for these games but I'm not gonna write him off this early.

I honestly doubt we will progress into second round. The home crowd will be on our side but history and tradition of the club isn’t on our side

You mean the same tactic that helped us beat Liverpool? Porto offered nothing in final third so why would Raya be worried about starting counters when they push forward?

Arteta tactics have never worked in Europe against smarter teams.

As far as he has come in the last few years,Martinelli is still very technically limited.
Recall how he overhit a simple 5 yard pass to Saka in the game at Anfield against Liverpool last season.
