German, France and most of the 'big hitters' in the EU are now going into the 3rd wave and are doing unbelievably badly with their distribution of the vaccine due to member states having to agree on the way forward.
Belgium has essentially fecked them off are doing their own thing now.

You do know that Canadians when they sense an discussion has reached an impasse, mainly becuase the other person is stupid/or they don't want to talk about that particular topic. t
Then so as not to hurt feelings, because they are very polite, they just say 'whatever'. I used it in that sense.
For ease, you can regard, 'whatever' as the Canadian version of the Scottish 'FWCK OFF'.
