I just wish we were still in the EU where their roll-out of the vaccination has been incredibly impressive.

Oh, wait - you mean it has been a shambles?

Ginger, Ross and the rest of the Scottish Tories found her guilty before she appeared before the committee and before James Hamilton QC's report - 'demanding' her resignation for breaking the Ministerial Code. That is pure premature ejaculation (Ruth Wishart) by a bunch of Tory nobodys up here in Scotland flaying around for anything that might improve their appaling position in the polls. The Tory leader at Holyrood is of course for the offskis to her sinecure in the House of Lords curtesy of Boris, and Ross doesn't sit in Holyrood.
Losing a vote of no-confidence tomorrow will be just another of their hapless failures. Ross won't care, he won't be there.

You believe the snp members were prepared in an election year to find their leader to have breached ministerial code?

Ginger "They will make the country suffer for decades." that fvckin rich coming from someone that supported the continuing shambles that is Brexit.not too mention the HUGE costs Boris and Chums have racked up over Covid.E.G. £37 Billion for a 'world beating' Test and Trace system that still disnae fvckinwork right.

'Aye, bit Nicola'...
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Hmmm

All the naysayers of Brexit are clinging on to small “victories” right now and not a lot else.

As a country we will be far better off in time. I have no doubt about that.

Although what that has to do with the SNP government is beyond me.

Seems a bit of an “aye bit” argument that to me.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The point about the test and trace seems valid to me but no let’s complain about the cost of the inquiry instead
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I wonder what the costs will be when the Covid investigations get started.

and they will definitely be happening at some point.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah great - lets add another few £100m onto the debt due to enquiries.

Lets make countless amounts of legal people millionaires.

No doubt there will be an 'aye bit' in return.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Surely if there was wrongdoing you’d want people to be accountable? Or are there different rules depending on what suits your agenda?

The decision of the panel could have been made before anyone on either side spoke a word.

German, France and most of the 'big hitters' in the EU are now going into the 3rd wave and are doing unbelievably badly with their distribution of the vaccine due to member states having to agree on the way forward.

Belgium has essentially fecked them off are doing their own thing now.

Can you imagine if the UK had still been a member?

The UK wouldn't be anywhere near coming out of Lockdown.

Aye bit Brexit...

Can't counter the points on the state of the EU's vaccination program then?

Didn't think you could or indeed, would.

There was no compulsion for any nation to go with the EU vaccine program, we could have still gone our own way.

why is this so hard for people to understand?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok - so in your own time, why haven't they?

Surely Germany & France (essentially the EU) would've taken this route and not be among the World's worst performers for rolling out the vaccine?

This should be very easy for you to answer...

On the Tory vote of no-confidence, it looks doomed to fail after the Scottish Greens said they would not support it on the basis that "the Tories have shown that they have no interest in establishing the truth.".

Interesting statement.

because they are sovereign nations and democratically chose to go into the program?

you see sovereign nations can decide to do what they want to do regardless of being a member of the EU.

and they get benefits from being members.

If you want to know why each individual country went into it I suggest you go and do the research.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

This really doesn't answer my question though - just hyperbole and deflection.

Why are the member countries of the EU so far behind the UK WRT to vaccinating their population.

If I was you, I would read up about it a bit further than you clearly have...

I will read your answer tomorrow as going to crack on with 'Drive to Survive Series 3' on Netflix.

Toodle pip!

You do know that Canadians when they sense an discussion has reached an impasse, mainly becuase the other person is stupid/or they don't want to talk about that particular topic. t
Then so as not to hurt feelings, because they are very polite, they just say 'whatever'. I used it in that sense.

For ease, you can regard, 'whatever' as the Canadian version of the Scottish 'FWCK OFF'.
