I think I will stay at my Wigan job for now instead of thinking ahead. Need to do well with the club I am at and it certainly needs improvements.
This is the best league out of them all imo

Well sometimes you have to lose your best players to gain ie zapata etc
I started with a really rubbish squad get one good player in and that kicks it all off
Look at my squad. Improved but still finds it difficult to get wins. But I need some better players in for certain at the end of the season.
Am sure if diego, zapata would be wanted by a few you could improve in other areas...
What was your First XI when you took over LRF?
i suppose it depends on how your luck is running in some ways, for instance, if you have a bad defence, it is easier to get defenders to improve your back line because they are seen as more expendable, whereas if you have a crap frontline, it would be alot more difficult to get better players in, as all the top clubs are looking to hoard the best strikers so they can cope if they get a bad run of injuries
