you rank each candidate from your favourite to your worst. they count the votes and then the winner has to have a 50% majority. if not the votes for the losing candidate are shared out through their 2nd vote and this continues to happen until someone has 50% lol

Well they can't build on there Stadium atm as they have no space so they would have to buy the street and knock the houses down there which would leave people homeless which isn't really what Britain want.

LRF they can't expand Stamford bridge because one of the stands is a listed building so can't be knocked down and rebuilt which means there's no point expanding the stadium as it wouldn't add many more seats

Definitly won't change Stamford bridges name though, will be name of the new stadium at the very most. Which I wouldnt mind tbh better than battersea stadium lol
