Decent chance of winning more European trophies whilst playing with his mates, sounds like an easy decision tbh.
He's got nothing to prove to anyone, he's competed against the best and won against the best time and time again.

It is a disgrace that PSG are able to buy him with their oil money instead of Man City or Chelsea buying him with their oil money.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
PSG’s money doesn’t come from oil. It comes from the huge profits of the Qatari tourist trade
It will be interesting to see if oil can win the French league this season. Oil will be looking make the CL final again this season after beating oil in the final last season. Oil will also be looking to retain the PL title, but no doubt oil will have something to say about that after signing Lukaku. Oil may yet by a striker though. Oil has the best front 3 in the world now so it will be difficult for oil and oil to compete with oil.
Imagine being able to travel anywhere in the world on holiday and choosing Qatar.

Ronaldo to Juve is also very different. He cost about €100 million. He couldn’t have essentially picked and chosen his next destination.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Messis wages render that statement incorrect sadly

His choice though.

bollox.....he hasnt performed on a Wednesday night in February away at Burnley. Messi has proved nothing!
I wonder if the same people who think Ronaldo is better because he "proved himself in more league's" also think Pep and Mourinho are better than Fergie.
The greatest is the greatest whether they've played in 1 league or 10.

Why should he drop his wages just to appease some beta males on ja606? (Stole that from TUX as it’s hilariously stupid).
PSG vs Strasbourg this weekend just became one of the most watched French games in a while.

been great to see him go to a club or a league that was actually a challenge?

He has earned the right to go to where he bloody wants. He is 34 years old, he has no business going to leagues wherein people would be kicking the sh** out of him and have no business playing the beautiful game.

I never said he should do that. I said it’s very boring what he’s doing.
Sometimes I doubt your commitment to Sparkle Motion..
Sorry what planet is OP on? He said Messi should have moved to Dortmund or Milan to make it more ‘interesting’ lol. PSG is literally probably the only club who can afford his wage demands, unless you wanted Messi to drastically reduce his income *just* for the chance of playing for Milan or Dortmund. PSG is clearly the only option for him, and even then I don’t think it’s dull. Great city, brand, players and a decent chance of helping them win their first CL trophy.
Don’t think any other clubs outside the oil rich ones could afford him anyway to be honest
It's only natural for the GOAT to be joining a farmer's league.

Apart from yourself kind sir.
