What I don’t get is how Silverwood has gone from the top drawer coach he was at Essex into one totally incompetent.

He would never have had Tendo set a defensive field for Simon Harmer. Why do it for Leach. Some of the bowling decisions are mind boggling. Let alone the batting ones.
