I wouldn't begrudge any of our players a move to a top club that challenges for trophies every season, but not a club like United that are in terminal decline, that in a few years time will be just another Everton/Villa.

I'm not keen on selling our best players, especially to United. I suppose everyone has his price, but it had better be very high.

Every player does have his price. But Kilman is a young quality defender, who Wolves can build a defence around for many years, and should be in no rush to sell.

So it is great that his performances are gaining admirers, as it means he is doing well. But if utd want him, then it will cost them, especially after the precedent set on the 80 million signing of Mcguire.

Ralph Rangnick is plotting a defensive overhaul at Manchester United, with the manager questioning the quality of Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire.

A more interesting aspect of the report is the one defensive player named who Rangnick is interested in signing, Wolves centre-back Max Kilman.

Rangnick has recommended Kilman to the board, with the defender identified as a potential replacement and upgrade on club captain Maguire.

I'm not sure how much Kilman cost us? But It was a pittance by todays standards. and we got real value for money,

While all utd have achieved spending 80 million on Mcguire, is a massive transfer fee, massive wages, and an unsettled changing room

It is as I have said, Spending money is easy.

We are 8th in the Premier League and improving. It would be astonishing if none of the top 7 clubs were interested in signing our better players. We need to hold our nerve and hold onto our best players to retain our hopes of getting higher than 8th in the future

Kilman is under contract with Wolves until 2026. When asked about him today Bruno said he wants to keep all his best players and praised Kilman for his consistency. He said ‘he’s a hungry player on and off the pitch. He has two breakfasts and three lunches’
