Yes I agree on all your points Wicklow. Must admit I'd never rated Udders this season and during the final although both didn't look like scoring Forest did look the better team. It's not sour grapes... but for me it wasn't a good advert for championship football. That said on form for the last 6 months Forest deserved it....

So the Chelsea takeover gets concluded before the DCFC takeover and it gets done in a fraction of the time needed for ours.

Is that an indication of the ultra-tangled web which MM wove or of administrators' ineptitude or both? Or is a multi-billion takeover more straightforward than a 20-30 million one?!

I guess we'll never know the answers.

Then of course there is the bank holiday weekend which might slow things down.

Then it will be summer and CK likes to go on holiday, so I reckon things won't start to move this side of Christmas.

I guess Chicago is the one to ask here...but if its down to transferring money then depending where CK's bank is based it could well be late in the day UK time before any announcement is made...

I wish I did know, Terry!

From CK's statement it seems that "completion" will not technically be achieved simply by the one transfer from his US lawyers/bank(s) to the first port of call in UK. That first recipient will presumably be his UK lawyer who will then have various responsibilities - possibly paying some of the debts and then the balance to Quantuma (or vice versa) who will then have to report to EFL before rubber-stamping. Whatever, it is all driving me nuts.
