It's not all Republicans. That 85% for gun reform is a
broad spectrum of people of all political views, gun
owners and not. That 85% would like to see their kids
safe from guns. I'm not a gun owner or a Republican.
But something has to be done. It's insane.

You or I or anyone here is not going to resolve the problem..
It's an American problem and it will never be resolved. There's 700 m guns in circulation in the US. The toothpaste is out of the tube when it's that amount.
Nothing that can be done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It can’t when powerful people, and many stupid people, don’t want to address the issue.
The logistics are a big problem, but actively encouraging the gun culture like they do in America is the real issue here.
That’s the bigger issue than the logistics.

Apparently some countries may flag certain mass shooting events as terrorist attacks or genocide rather than criminal mass shootings, which may have had an impact on the data for Mexico.
They’d do well to catch up to 249 though.

tbh...it's not really news anymore, this type of event.
Nothing in the US is going to change. Regular massacres like this are the price Americans are willing to pay to be able to carry their own firearms.. and use them when they are not happy.
