Teams you’d expect them to beat, too 4 team to beat on paper but Fulham and Palace have shown they’re difficult opponents so far against Liverpool and City in fairness.
They've played well in those games, so I get that they're not slapstick figures of fun for a change and look like a serious team again.
Didn't read the article but it's not often a team is still perfect after 4 games, likely to be 5 after Villa (h).
But really it's the combination of... being 4-0, after a brilliant pre-season where we destroyed Chelsea to win the Florida Cup, and having an excellent team on paper with top quality new signings. The vibes are immaculate right now.

No issues with the vibes - knock yourselves out. But it’s only four games, and nothing to get excited about in my opinion. If you’re 10 games deep and 10-0 or 9-1, then yeah, time to take notice.
There is real belief at Arsenal but it is built on sand. Enough said

If you mean get carried away, yep, we do. All fan bases have them.
But my point was more about the national coverage. After four games. Nothing Arsenal have done to date, transfer wise or on the pitch, leads me to believe they are going to improve on fifth from last season.

Title talk is stupid, even if we are top for the World Cup. Top 4 is the objective. Nobody is finishing higher than City/Liverpool apart from City/Liverpool

Also when Arsenal played Palace, Palace only had 10 days of pre-season training prior...Makes a huge diff!

Palace away is a decent win tbf, the other 3 are gimmes really - especially Bournemouth and Leicester. No question Arsenal have not only had an easy start but are also meeting certain teams - Leicester, and this week Villa, at the best possible times as they are in disarray with both clubs managers fighting for their jobs. Bournemouth are atrocious full stop.
I think we saw against Fulham some of Arsneals frailties such as the individual error and the thin squad exposed as they were without Partey and Zinchenko. I think most people would’ve expected them to get between 13 and 15 points from the opening set of 5 games; soon they go into a more difficult period of tougher games, plus the league cup and Europa League starting. If they are still top 3 by the end of October then talk of challenging for major honors will be justified. At present you’d say they were par for what has been a pretty kind course.

Pretty much this. Feels like things have fallen into place for them so far - and fair play for them taking advantage of that. But I feel then when this Arsenal team is tested, they’ll fall apart fairly easily.
Things haven’t fallen into place for Spurs?
First game of the season against Southampton who look bankers for the drop. Playing a Chelsea team under new ownership and rebuilding their team. Playing a Wolves team who haven’t won on 11 games. Playing newly promoted Forest. Next up West Ham who are in awful form, then newly promoted Fulham.
Why are Spurs fans so obsessed with analysing the difficulty of our fixtures? Everyone had us down for dropped points vs Palace and now that we’ve beat them it’s supposedly an easy game.
Clearly improved the team. Something is building.
Long way to go before they are legitimate title challengers but you can’t do anymore than win all your games,

They aren’t coming over you because you’ve played like a lower league side against them all, albeit getting the points.
Arsenal have looked good in attack and won 4 from 4 with a ‘young exciting team’. The headlines/stories write themselves at this stage when there’s nothing else to write about yet other than transfer rumours.
It’s difficult to get carried away when your performances have not been great. Arsenal performance levels have exceeded expectations which is why we are getting praise from the media. If you are honest with yourselves, you deserved nothing against Chelsea and were fortunate against Wolves too.
And at the end of the day, for all our praise, the same people still expect Spurs to finish above us.

To be clear I’m not wanting or expecting the media to be all over Spurs. Far from it. And there’s no jealousy; my point rather that Arsenal have a history of being predictable in going from a good run to a bad run, and I’m surprised any paper ran with the narrative in the OP.
