True Elvis. But how can he go on TV threatening allsorts,
then retire to his hideaway. Even the Royal family didn't do that in the war, and they weren't leaders.
He really is despicable.

He's mentally unstable and hell bent on leaving behind some kind of legacy by reforming the Soviet Union. He's got small man syndrome.
Be careful insulting Putin as his army of feckless incels on here will come after you one weird insult after the other
I'm probably opposite as I got older. I was more likely to get involved the younger I was. When I was ten or eleven a lad in my class punched a quiet girl. I asked him to apologise he refused and I grabbed his hand and twisted it till all his fingers were broken and his hand turned blue. I got in huge trouble and was unrepentant as you shouldn't hit girls.
Now I realise I can't and shouldn't police injustices and appreciate the risk to myself and the trouble I could get in. I've phoned police when I've seen women in harassed , but kept a safe distance etc

Nah, he’s got a great record in Ukraine
One of his generals will get him if he tells them to push the Nuke button. They would know that to actually do that would be the death warrant for most of Russia's army either by western involvement or simply the fallout blowing east. Putin is toast now, and not before time, he will be a very scared man tonight.

I’m the opposite to you
The older I’ve got the more I’ve have a go at youngsters bullying the small guy, the lad in a fight against a couple other lads, anti social behaviour in general. Boils my pizzzzz and some of these people need standing up to
I’m still reasonably fit and can make my presence known.
Maybe in 10yrs or so I’ll hold my tongue but for the moment I’m standing up and being counted 👍

Totally agree though, the man is a coward and I'm sure the 100's of Oligarchs that have been deprived of their wealth, ill gotten or otherwise, aren't just going to sit back as Putin tries to send their country back to the 1950's.

Yeah I've kinda surprised myself. From kicked people down flights of stairs as a teenager.. I'll rarely be anything other than extremely measured. I think needing things like NATO clearance stuff etc you appreciate consequences of a spark of anger or violence etc

We have regular arguments, though small, no blazing rows.
Why this? I have read Putin is not in Moscow, not in his office. But somewhere in the country, where he is reputed to have a luxury shelter.
It's a pity he didn't make the same vow. It would be far more important.
Threatening nuclear bombs on a smaller country that cannot reply, while having a stroll to safety, is cowardice on a large scale.
So a bully and a coward. Hard luck for the ordinary people of Russia.

Where's Sniffer Joe in this proxy war MU?
Why are you more concerned about the leader of a country that has rarely affected the lives of yourself and those who follow but give the leader of a country that has literally wrecked the world for bloody decades a free-pass?
Putin has affected the lives of plenty of people before Ukraine.
